Wild West Fiesta

The Puoci Girls' school will be having a Family Fun Night on Friday, June 5th.

Quick Livi Update

Olivia will be 9months old on the 15th! Where did the time go?

Today a couple of firsts. She had apple juice from a sippy cup. The technique isn't quite mastered and she'd prefer to chew on the handle than suck on the mouth piece but the funniest part of the experience (for mom, at least) was when she got liquid in her mouth. It's the first non-milk liquid she's had and she didn't know quite what do make of it.

Not quite crawling yet. We think she can but why crawl when she's got 3 doting sisters to give her everything and take her everywhere. And if for some reason sisters 1, 2 and 3 aren't around, there is MUCH mobility in rolling and scooting.

The menu has increased a lot. Thanks Auntie MounMoun for the food mill and Nonna and Nonno for the puree stick. Apart for oatmeal and rice cereal we haven't had to buy any baby food!! And now that Miss Livi likes to "chew" her food with her SIX teeth she will start to get regular oatmeal and regular rice so those are off the grocery list too.

Olivia keeps us all laughing and loves to fake sneeze, play peek-a-boo, swing in the backyard, and play in her saucer. She's a good napper and sleeps well at night. Though mom doesn't put her in bed when she first falls asleep since mom would rather cuddle with her while watching TV.

Livi prefers her sisters to other kids but recognizes a couple of neighbors as friends. Of course, she is very much into both Nonna and Grandma and got to hang out with both on her own a few times. She likes being home with the twins while they are off track but doesn't understand why Tori isn't with them since they are usually a set of three.

Olivia got to spend some time with Blandine while she was visiting from France. All of the Puoci Girls will miss Blandine a lot and wish her the best as she starts her new school in the Fall. We hope she gets to come back to the States soon.

So much for a "quick" update. Tori will write soon with her experience at the Tiger Woods Learning Center.

Hi everyone! It's me Tori. I had a great day at Tiger Woods Learning Center. It was awesome! I have the greatest teacher and have made new friends. We have many class pets. Some fish and a toad (named Chicago). I get to golf but I don't get to meet Tiger Woods himself. I will post a little bit of what I do each day. Talk to you tomorrow.

It's May

It's May. What does that mean? The Puoci Girls are off track again. If you've got something for us to do, let mom know. This will be our summer break. Apart from a week in July, we won't have any time off again, until September.

Tori will be spending the first week at the Tiger Wood's Learning Center. Today was her first day where they analyzed fingerprints and started plans for an elastic-band powered car. Don't worry, Grandpa, tomorrow they golf.

Happy Birthday to the May babies: Grandma Terry, Luka, Auntie Nicole and Auntie Taryn.

A Day at the Park

The Puocis spent a lovely afternoon at "Rose Park" with Mom's cousin's daughter, Blandine. She is visiting from France and has been in CA for 3 months. She goes home next week :(
